SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

**Due to order volume we are not able to change or cancel any orders after they have been placed. If you wish to cancel your order, please refuse delivery and we will refund your order upon receipt. Please allow 5-10 business days for us to process the refunds**.   Please allow 5 -7 business days to receive your order. All orders processed after 5pm EST will be considered next business day orders. (Business days include Monday through Friday and exclude holidays and weekends. All orders will ship Monday through Thursday, orders processed on Friday after 5pm EST will continue processing on the following business day.) Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking info via email.

ALL SALES FINAL

If you received your product defective, please take a picture and send via email immediately upon receipt and please DO NOT discard damaged order as it is needed to process your claim.​​ No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

It is the Customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of checkout. We recommend that you confirm your personal information, including your credit card and shipping address, name, phone number, and product choices, before you place your order.  We are not responsible if you enter incorrect personal details nor are we able to accommodate address or product changes once an order has been placed.   Please double check your addresses - especially shipping address - If your order was shipped to an INVALID ADDRESS or returned due to incomplete address, you will be responsible for the Return Shipping Fee and we can't replace the order until the product has been received by the warehouse.​ Timeless Glow Scents LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival and let us know within 7 days if any significant damage occurred in transit. Please provide images of the damages and email us at timelessglowscents@gmail.com. We strive to make our customer experience smooth and delightful, from the moment you place your order until you unbox your purchase. Once the package leaves our hands we unfortunately have little control over how the carrier cares for it on its way to you.  

RETURN

Due to the Nature of our Products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  We do not accept returns of or exchanges for purchased product, nor can any placed orders be canceled, changed or modified once placed. We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you received an incorrect item, defective or damaged item so that we may evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve the issue.  Any such issues must be reported to timelessglowscents@gmail.com with your order number within 7 days after you have received your shipment. Please include photos of the damage or issues with your candle to help us with your claim for replacement. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Candles that have been misused are not considered defective.
